DE-MATTING POLICY

I understand there will be an additional fee starting at $10 for de-matting, which may increase in price depending on the severity.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY

I understand a fee of $50 will be incurred for a No Call/No Show situation in which I fail to show to my appointment without sending advanced notice by call or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time, and the No Call/No Show fee will be collected on the following appointment. Additionally, I understand if I create a history of breaking scheduled appointments through No Call/No Show situations my actions may result in refusal of services for future appointments and lead to being barred from booking any further appointments with Happy Tails 808.

NO CALL/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

I understand if I fail to arrive to my appointment within 10 minutes after the scheduled time without giving an advanced notice through call or text my appointment will automatically be considered a No Call/No Show with the $50 fee being incurred. Additionally, I understand at that point it is up to the groomer's discretion if my dog will be seen with the incurred No Call/No Show fee added to the bill or if I be turned away for the day with the No Call/No Show fee being collected on my next appointment.

LATE PICK-UP POLICY

I understand if I fail to arrive for pick-up after 40 minutes of the first notification from Happy Tails 808 regarding the completion of the grooming service an additional fee will be incurred starting at $10, increasing in price by $5 for every 10 minutes that passes thereafter, regardless of me sending an advanced notice.
