Weight Limit ..... 30 lbs
Our facilities are equipped to care for small dogs 30 pounds and under.
De-Matting ..... starting at $15
A fee starting at $15 will be issued for the labor of de-matting if the groomer deems the condition of a dog's coat to be tangled to the point of matting. The $15 fee may increase in price depending on the severity.
No Call/No Show
A fee equal to the scheduled service price will be incurred for a No Call/No Show situation in which a client fails to appear to their appointment without sending advanced notice by call or text at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time. In such a case, the No Call/No Show fee will be collected upon the following appointment.
If a client creates a history of breaking scheduled appointments through three or more No Call/No Show situations their actions may result in refusal of future services.
No Call/Late Arrival
If a client fails to arrive to the appointment within 10 minutes after the scheduled time without giving an advanced notice through call or text the appointment will automatically be considered a No Call/No Show situation resulting in a fee being incurred that is equal to the scheduled service.
In such a case, the decision for the client to be seen with the incurred No Call/No Show fee added to the bill or to turn the client away for the day will be up to the groomer's discretion. If the client is turned away the No Call/No Show fee will be collected upon the same day.
Late Pick-Up ..... starting at $15
Pet parents will be contacted by phone call and/or text message at the conclusion of the grooming session. If the owner does not arrive for pick-up after 40 minutes of the first notification from Happy Tails 808 an additional fee will be incurred starting at $15, increasing in price by $1 for every minute that passes thereafter, regardless of an advanced notice from the pet owner.
We ask this of you for the safety of all the dogs present in the salon as we are a kennel free business.
